Refund policy

RETURNS

While we hope you’ll always love your order, if this might not be perfect on arrival we do ask that items are on their way back to us in the original condition and with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Please kindly note that we are unable to offer return on special prices, made-to-measure, and pre-order and personnalized items.

 

METHOD OF RETURN

Fill out your return reason(s) overleaf, include this form inside your package and post your items back to the address as follows:

You will need to organise the return shipment at your own cost. We would recommend to use a tracked postal service as the goods are your responsibility, until we receive them safely and securely.

All international orders must be clearly marked “FRENCH RETURN GOODS” as the description of contents, and on all declaration paperwork from your chosen carrier.

We’ll send an email to let you know once your package has been received and to confirm the status of your refund within 3-5 working days of arrival.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, in a new size only, please contact Customer Service to make your request via info@soloparis.com, phone +33 1 81 70 07 39.

If you would like an alternative style, please follow the instructions outlined above to return for refund, and place a new order.


REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
