Alexia Aubert welcomes us in her first Parisian boutique: a new destination for Jacques Solovière enthusiasts. Over the past eight years, the timeless men’s shoe brand has won the hearts of Christophe-Thomas Chassol, Aaron Levine and Alexis Michalik, as well as Alexia Gredy and Nicolas Ouchenir. All of whom wear the brand at all times. Mathieu Lehanneur has made quite an impact on the international design scene over the past twenty years. In 2001, his graduation project, the “Therapeutic Objects” (which aimed at transforming our relationship to medicine) was quickly integrated into the MoMA’s permanent collection. Lehanneur’s interest in science, though unexpected for a designer, is at the center of his approach.
